MounuLab started from a simple observation: in Morocco, many shopkeepers still run their business on paper notebooks, scattered Excel files, or imported software they can neither adapt nor extend.
We began by building custom management software — stock, POS, invoicing — for grocers, opticians and clinics. Every project taught us something more about how a shop actually works, far from the textbook version.
Our clients then needed to be visible: a website, photography, campaigns, a CRM so leads stopped falling through the cracks. We built those skills in-house rather than subcontracting them, so we stay the single point of contact on a project.
Today we cover both sides: the tools that run the business, and everything that brings customers to the door.
